  1. The currently installed software for SIP Services is not compatible with this version of Microsoft Windows and must be uninstalled.

  3. To uninstall this software
  4.  
  5.     1. Click Start, point to All Programs, select Accessories, click Command Prompt, and then type "net stop winmgmt" in the command window.
  6.     2. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then click Add/Remove Programs.
  7.     3. Click Add/Remove Windows Components. 
  8.     4. Click to clear Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Services, and then click Next. 
  9.     5. Click Finish. 
  10.     6. Click Close. 
  11.
